Our practitioners are out-of-network providers and do not participate directly with any insurance companies. However, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement (50%-80% of your session cost) from your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. See below for more information.

Checking Eligibility

To check if you are eligible to receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company, call Member Services (found on the back of your insurance card) and speak with your health insurance representative. Here are a list of questions you can ask for more information on your benefits.

  1. Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  2. What percentage of the therapist’s session fee will be reimbursable?

  3. Do I have an out-of-network deductible? How much is it? How much of the deductible have I met?

  4. Is there a limit to how many sessions I am permitted to receive by my insurance company?

  5. Is there a form I have to complete when attaching the paid receipt?

  6. How do I submit the request for reimbursement?
